The reviews for this restaurant are all over the place so I recommend trying for yourself at least once. Is it expensive? YES. Could the service be better? YES. But was the food good? Absolutely YES! My chicken was so juicy- it was some of the best I've ever had. And the waffle had great flavor with the perfect amount of sweetness. My daughter was no where near as impressed with her chicken tenders, so keep that in mind. Also, be aware that they don't split checks and they charge a 3% fee if paying with a card. Still worth a visit!

I’ve been to Roscoe’s in Anaheim several times over the years, and the food is always good. It never disappoints. The chicken and waffles hit the spot every time. On this visit, our server was a little slower than I’d like, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Always a solid choice when I’m in the area.

Once the syrup hit the plate, it all came together in that sweet-and-savory way Roscoe’s is known for. We also added sides like mac and cheese, collard greens, and red beans and rice, which rounded out the meal and made it feel like a true comfort-food feast. Service was a bit hit or miss, but overall friendly, and the staff kept things moving even with the crowd. This isn’t a quiet or polished dining experience, but that’s not what you come here for.
